The process of becoming a Jera customer and beginning to utilize our Dunkin’ approved supply chain management application, Whole-Business©, is easy because we do the work for you!

1. SIGN-UP: Jera will e-mail you a customer sign up packet. This packet outlines all of the information that we need to set up your account.
2. ACCOUNT CREATION: Return the packet to Jera via fax 508.686.8090 or e-mail and we will set up your account.
3. TRAINING: Store and CML/kitchen training is arranged according to your needs. Jera prefers onsite classroom training but offers complete online training.
