Jera’s Whole Business web-based application was developed to automate the production and invoicing processes used in a network of Dunkin’ Donut production facilities (Central kitchens / CPL’s) and store locations. It provides a centralized method of communicating with stores and owners regarding Dunkin’s product offerings and a means to centrally collect and report on a variety of data points for the Franchisee.

The application generates orders based on throwaways and produces invoices based on products received for all stores in a network.

With little to no up front investment an owner can quickly have his/her production operation up and running on this product. The web based model allows for centralized support, training and implementation of additional features and reporting for all Franchisees utilizing the system.

Automate the following processes

• Generates orders based on usage history and throwaways.
• The program generates orders based on a four week rolling average of what was used in the store for a particular day and shift.
• A throwaway % that you specify is added to the average and the order is created.
• Products can be assigned maximum, minimum, and rounding increments.

• Generates all reports needed by the CPL for baking, finishing and packing products for delivery to stores.
• Centralizes the control of products offered

• Generates invoices for stores based on cost assigned to product category.
