Needs Management (J-TAP)
The Jera Technology Assessment Profile (J-TAP for short) was designed to help you start thinking about the overall status of your organization's use of technology.

We conduct an in-depth physical survey of your existing: local area network(s), hardware, operating systems, word processing software, anti-virus software and connection to the Internet.

All of this information is compiled, compared to industry trends affecting your business and wrapped up in one cohesive package. This gives you an overview of your technology and sound if not critical recommendations based on our findings.

Have you ever moved an office? Remember when you found out that your Internet connection would not be installed until a week after your move?

At Jera Technology, we can coordinate internal IT projects with external contractors while maintaining schedules and deadlines. Whether it is a large IT roll out or an office move, we can assign a project manager to your company who will facilitate and coordinate the project.
